| CONDITIONS OF HIRE |

All hirers from 21 to 24 years of age are limited to group A and B vehicles only with a £1250.00 excess. All groups are available to all hirers from 25 to 80 years of age. We are unable to give any refund if the vehicle is returned early. Drunken or Dangerous driving during the last ten years cannot be accepted. A current driving licence (including the paperwork part if it is the new type of licence with the photo card) must be produced for every driver. Value Rent A Car reserve the right to refuse or terminate a rental. No refunds will be given. Value Rent a Car reserve the right to substitute vehicles. Any hirers who give false details on their hire contract will not be covered under our insurance and will be liable for any claims.
